Cleaning and disinfecting ventilation system

People health to a great extent depends on work environment where they spend most of their time. In relatively small premises such as rooms and offices, environment directly depends on ventilation systems. If regular maintenance of such systems is not provided properly, this may result in decreased performance of people.

Polluted ventilation system is the main threat since various harmful microorganisms may inhabit inside ventilation equipment at the same time spreading in rooms. Therefore, cleaning ventilation systems is extremely important.

ACCORDING TO ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL ECONOMY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN No. 758 DATED DECEMBER 9th 2015, VENTILATION SHALL BE CLEANED ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR DEPENDING ON FACILITY TYPE.

Employees of USM Astana will provide services based on environmentally friendly approach and convenience. Determining nature and fouling factor is an initial stage. We use a special robot equipped with a video camera that can reach air ducts and access hard-to-get-at place. Also, biological material is collected to be studied by laboratories of the Health Inspection Service.

After this, videos and result of research are examined in detail by staff in order to determine best method of cleaning and required cleaning substances. 

Next stage is outlining all activities with a customer in order to start cleaning procedures.

Upon completion of cleaning, results of rendered services are assessed. In case of detection of any defects, they are eliminated in order to reach perfect results. 

The last stage is recording detailed data about troubleshooting process, eliminating any defects, and outcomes into register.
